Track work between Kouvola and Joensuu
Due to track work, we will replace some of the trains by buses between Kouvola and Joensuu on weekends May 10-11 and June 7-October 5.

Assistance service at the station
The assistance point is located at A-stair of the parking building next to the railway station. There is a direct, barrier-free connection to the train platform areas. Connected to the assistance point there is a taxi station, a bus station, an R-kiosk and a waiting room.
To book assistance service, call VR customer service for accessible travel at 0800 188 822 (free of charge, service hours Mon–Fri 5am–10pm, Sat–Sun 7am–10pm) no later than 24 hours before your departure.
