Commuter trains
Smooth commuter traffic
We want commuter train travel to be as smooth as possible. Most of our commuter trains are low floor trains with spacious coaches, which makes travelling with assistive devices, bikes and prams easy.
No seat reservations are required for commuter trains – you can take any seat you like.

Saving electricity
Commuter trains are electric. Sm4 trains are environmentally friendly, as some of their braking energy is fed back into the power grid. Even as much as 25% of the braking energy is recovered and utilised.
Conductor services
There are some 300 conductors working on commuter trains. They make sure that train travel is safe and comfortable. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance!
