Tracks 2 and 3 can be accessed by first taking the lift down to the tunnel and from there, another lift to tracks 2 and 3.
Elevator renovation 12 Sept- 07 Oct. 2022
The elevators to tracks 2 & 3 at Salo station are out of order from 12 Sept until 07 Oct. If you have a wheelchair or a baby stroller, you can access the platforms and trains from the southern end of the station with the help of a security guard.
Assistance service at the station
The assistance point is located next to track 1, at the Turku end of the station building. The assistance point has a shelter. Drop-off traffic can reach the immediate vicinity of the assistance point.
To book assistance service, call VR customer service for accessible travel at 0800 188 822 (free of charge, service hours Mon–Fri 5am–10pm, Sat–Sun 7am–10pm) no later than 36 hours before your departure.
