How do I get the Moovy parking benefit?
The Moovy parking benefit is available in the P-Hämppi parking garage in Tampere, the Pööli parking garage in Hämeenlinna, and the Lempon Parkki parking carage in Lempäälä. To use this benefit, you need to download the Moovy app.
Ordering the parking benefit
- After you have purchased your train ticket, order the Moovy parking benefit using the Moovy form, Opens in a new tab.
- Fill out the form with your phone number and select a parking area and the start and end dates of your trip.
When everything is completed, submit the form.
- If you are already using the Moovy app, the benefit will automatically appear in your app.
- If you are not yet using the Moovy app, you will receive a text message with instructions on how to download the app. Once you have logged in as a Moovy user, the benefit will automatically appear in your app.

Using the parking benefit
- Make sure you have downloaded the Moovy app to your phone.
- On the departure date of your journey, you can drive straight into the parking area.
- Once you have parked your car in the Moovy parking area, you can simply close the doors and head towards the train station – the parking will start automatically and the benefit you have ordered will be taken into account automatically.
- Hop on your train and enjoy the journey!
- When you set off again and leave the parking area, there is nothing more for you to do. Parking ends when you leave the parking area. The parking benefit you have ordered will be automatically added to your parking fee.

The Moovy parking benefit is available for passengers whose train trip begins from one of the following stations:
- Tampere
- Hämeenlinna
- Lempäälä
It is possible that after submitting the form, the parking benefit may not be immediately visible in your Moovy app. But do not worry, the benefit will be automatically taken into account through your Moovy app at the time you choose to travel. Please make sure that you have added your payment card information to the app and that the camera identification of the license plate is activated.
