Konduktöörit kanssasi yhteisellä matkalla
VR:n konduktöörit ovat junamatkustajien luotettava matkakumppani yhteisellä matkalla. Heille on sydämen asia huolehtia matkustajien viihtymisestä ja turvallisuudesta matkan eri vaiheissa.
VR:llä jokainen saa tehdä työtä omana itsenään, omalla persoonallaan. Saamme jatkuvasti positiivista palautetta konduktöörien ystävällisestä ja henkilökohtaisesta palvelusta. He kuuluttavat junissa persoonallisella ja huumorintajuisella tavalla, huomioivat lapset ja lemmikit sekä ratkaisevat yllättävätkin tilanteet rauhallisesti rautaisella ammattitaidollaan.
Konduktööreiltä ei myöskään tilannetajua puutu. Heidän ansiostaan esimerkiksi junan kyljessä olevat näytöt ovat eläneet mukana muun muassa suomalaisten suurissa urheilusaavutuksissa ja muussa maailman menossa.
Konduktööriemme arjen sankaruus on nyt palkittu Vuoden mieleenpainuvin matka- tai palvelukokemus -kategoriassa vuoden 2022 Finnish Travel Gaalassa. Konduktöörit palkittiin 4.11. Olemme iloisia ja ylpeitä palkinnosta ja haluamme luoda mieleenpainuvia matka- ja palvelukokemuksia jatkossakin!
