Additional night and car train departures and the day trains for the spring period

We have fulfilled your wishes and added more night- and car trains. The day trains for the spring period will be available at 25.2.

Take a break and enjoy the beauty of Lapland! We have added more departures between Helsinki and Rovaniemi.

The added night- and car train departures:

  • P267, Pasila car station – Rovaniemi: Wed and Sun, dep at 9.51 pm
  • P264, Rovaniemi – Pasila car station: Mon and Thu, dep at 16.46 pm

Also after 28.3. some additional trains:

  • P267, Pasila car station – Rovaniemi: Mon 29.3., Tue 30.3., Tue 6.4.
  • P264, Rovaniemi – Pasila car station: Tue 30.3., Wed 31.3., Wed 7.4.

The additional trains are already available. The most popular departures fill up quickly, make sure to book your trip now.

Effects of the storm Hannes to train traffic on Dec 29-31

The effects of the Hannes storm that began on Saturday are still visible in train traffic until December 31. Storm winds have knocked trees onto the tracks and caused damage to the electricity network, which the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency is currently repairing.
