The Dixi travel centre offers easy and accessible routes and platforms are accessible by lift or escalator. The station bridge across the tracks serves as a waiting area. Services are available on the station deck, on the third floor of the travel centre. The accessible services at Tikkurila include:

  • hearing loops

The assistance point is located in the travel centre’s outdoor facilities, in the immediate vicinity of the VR's service point at street level. The assistance point is covered.
