The Dixi travel centre offers easy and accessible routes and platforms are accessible by lift or escalator. The station bridge across the tracks serves as a waiting area. Services are available on the station deck, on the third floor of the travel centre. The accessible services at Tikkurila include:

The assistance point is located on the Ratatie side of the travel centre, next to the main entrance, at the address Ratatie 11. The assistance point is covered.

To book assistance service, call VR customer service for accessible travel at 0800 188 822 (free of charge, service hours Mon–Fri 5am–10pm, Sat–Sun 7am–10pm) no later than 36 hours before your departure.
