Assistance service at the station

The assistance point is located by the departures and arrivals board, at the northern end of the station building. Drop-off traffic and taxis can drive close to the assistance point. There is no shelter at the assistance point.

To book assistance service, call VR customer service for accessible travel at 0800 188 822 (free of charge, service hours Mon–Fri 5am–10pm, Sat–Sun 7am–10pm) no later than 36 hours before your departure.

Parking for VR's passengers

A free car park, reserved for VR customers, can be found to the north of the station, along Mannerheimintie.

  • A copy of a valid return or season ticket or a copy of a multi-ticket seat reservation must be displayed as proof.
  • The passenger’s name and date of birth must be hidden, as must the order number of a multi-ticket.
  • For other tickets, the order number and the ticket’s validity must be visible.
