Use this form to send us a privacy statement request regarding your data in VR’s customer register for passenger service.
Please note that, having created an account, you can edit your data at vr.fi and on the My information tab, Opens in a new tab in the VR Matkalla application after you have logged in.
In addition, you can review our privacy policy,, Opens in a new tab which includes more detailed information on topics such as processing personal data.
We aim to process your request as soon as possible and will contact you at the latest within one month. We will send you an email when your request has been processed. Please note that you can use the form to send only one request at a time and we will verify your identity when your request is being processed.
