Tickets will be available for long-distance trains for Aug 14 – Oct 28 2023, as the new season is launched for sale at 10 am on Tue May 23. Tickets for commuter trains will be available a bit later.
Night trains are already available up to 14 Apr 2024. Read more about night trains, Opens in a new tab.
Some changes may apply to the timetables during the season due to eg. track work.

On Wednesday, January 14, at 10:00 a.m., we will publish additional daytime train services for the summer season, for the period June 15 to August 9. The published season includes Midsummer and the summer holiday season.

The effects of the Hannes storm that began on Saturday are still visible in train traffic until December 31. Storm winds have knocked trees onto the tracks and caused damage to the electricity network, which the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency is currently repairing. The storm’s impact is particularly evident between Seinäjoki and Ylivieska, where trains are experiencing delays of 10-30 minutes.
