You can claim for compensation when:

  • your journey has been in long-distance
  • your train has been at least an hour late from the arrival time marked on your ticket

Please note we don't compensate sums lower than 4 €. The order number as well as the reference number can be found in the receipt emailed to you with your ticket. If you have booked your journey with a multi-, season or holiday ticket, please log in to claim for compensation.
