Search for your journey
You can claim for compensation when:
- your journey has been in long-distance
- your train has been at least an hour late from the arrival time marked on your ticket
The order number as well as the reference number can be found in the receipt emailed to you with your ticket. If you have booked your journey with a multi-, season or holiday ticket, please log in to claim for compensation.
