Veturi our customer loyalty programme

Veturi is VR's free of charge customer loyalty programme giving you advance information on services, benefits and what's new. We will provide you with information on when the sale of the most popular high-season tickets starts and send you great benefits.

You will get great travel tips for small getaways. You will also get valuable benefits onboard trains and from our partners around Finland.

We will send you information via e-mail and mobile phone a few times a month if you have given your permission for receiving marketing messages. The Veturi newsletters will be sent in Finnish only. It's easy to give or cancel the marketing permission on the My information page by logging into the online service.

It's always worth signing in

It's always a good idea to log in as Veturi member to the VR Online Shop, VR Mobile, by phone, at R-kioski or at the station. When you purchase your train tickets while logged in with your Veturi username:

  • your valid tickets are safe in My information and you can forward them if you want or print them just before the trip
  • purchasing through VR Mobile is easier and faster as you can save favourite routes and your contact information for ticket delivery and payment
  • it's easier to purchase the next CarTrain ticket if you have saved your car's information in My information
  • your Veturi account remains active and you will ensure that you continue to take advantage of the benefits
