Cancellation insurance

If you have purchased cancellation insurance for your ticket, the ticket can be cancelled without cost. Without cancellation insurance, tickets cannot be cancelled. Read the terms in full. If the train is late by over 60 minutes and your ticket remains unused, you can cancel your ticket even if you have not purchased the cancellation insurance. Please note! Not all tickets can be cancelled.

The long-distance tickets purchased from VR Mobile can be changed/cancelled in accordance with their change and cancellation terms. Read the terms in full. Changes to tickets can be made through VR Customer Care, tel. 0203 32 039 or at ticket offices. Cancellations can be made only at ticket offices. Commuter services zone area single tickets cannot be changed/cancelled.
Tickets purchased from ticket machines can be changed and cancelled in accordance with their change and cancellation terms at ticket offices.
