Connection transport from Kirkkonummi to Karjaa

Bus transportation between Kirkkonummi and Karjaa via Inkoo will be provided on weekdays. Assistance service for people with disabilities is not available on the bus.

Location of the departing buses at the station

• Karjaa: platform 2 next to the old steam locomotive in the station area
• Inkoo: the buses leave from Inkoon Apteekki bus stop.
• Kirkkonummi: the bus stop at the end of the station towards Helsinki, platform 15

Transport of luggage and pets on the bus

Hand luggage can be transported on the bus. Transporting prams and bikes is also permitted, but it cannot be guaranteed.

The additional fee for transporting bicycles or pets is € 5.

Tickets valid for connection

Commuter and long-distance traffic multi-tickets and season tickets covering the route that have been purchased before 30 March 2016 will be valid as tickets on the buses until the end of the valid period.

Certificates entitling to a discount will be checked as on trains (student, pensioner, child). The same conditions as on trains apply to travelling on a conscript card.

Purchase of tickets for connection

Tickets are not sold on the connection buses, so tickets and any services with an additional charge must always be bought in advance from VR’s sales locations.

You can also purchase a ticket only for the Kirkkonummi–Inkoo–Karjaa bus journey.
