TrainBus tickets

VR and some bus services cooperate in timetable design so as to ensure flexible train-bus connections in altogether 32 localities. TrainBus combitickets are supplied in 19 such localities.

• TrainBus tickets are combitickets for the train and bus journeys. By buying the TrainBus ticket at the same time as you buy the train ticket you get to your destination with the same ticket.
• In addition to normal price TrainBus tickets discount TrainBus tickets are sold to students, journalists, conscripts, senior citizens, pensioners under 65 and groups. Children under the age of six travel free of charge with an adult using a TrainBus ticket also on the bus. A junior ticket is sold for the TrainBus journey to 6-16-year-olds. Please note! A family ticket is not sold to as a TrainBus ticket.
