Change of train ticket
A train ticket may be changed in a station booking office before the departure of the train indicated in the ticket.
- The price difference is charged when changing to a more expensive train category.
- The price difference is returned when changing to a less expensive train category.
- When changing to a train of the same category, no commission is charged.
If a ticket is changed after the departure of the train, the price of a respective seat ticket is charged.
You may board another train without having changed the train ticket in advance.
In this case a €5 commission as per train category is charged.
A train ticket is valid 2 weeks from the departure of the train, as a travel ticket without seat/ berth booking.
Change of train category
Change of ticket in a station booking office
Should you wish to travel by a train of another category than the one indicated in the ticket, the ticket may be changed in a station booking office.
