New front page for our website
VR introduces a new front page for its website on 13 March. With a
clearer front page we wish to
- boost the
page's usability and improve readability.
- showcase a
wide range of special offers so that a maximum number of passengers may
benefit from them when selecting a rail service.
- make it
easier to search timetables and buying tickets online.
- speeds up
access to Veturi customer loyalty programme.
You can send feedback on the reform with this
feedback form. We value your opinion. With your feedback we
can make our site even better.
Online
Shop search window, special offers and customer loyalty programme
- The Online
Shop is placed in the upper left corner on the front page. The Online Shop
is easy to access and it is easy to purchase tickets after you enter the
departure and destination station and travel time.
- The large
picture at the upper part of the page shows information on current
campaigns and news.
- Under VR
online heading you will find links to the main functions on vr.fi.
- On the
banners at the centre and on the right you can view current special
offers.
- See how
trains are running via the Live train updates service in the middle of the
page.

Under What's new you'll find news concerning rail services such as
- rail service alterations
