Buy an Advance ticket 60-7 days before departure from VR Mobile or Online Shop. The Advance ticket is valid on the date and train indicated on the ticket.

Family tickets are not only available as Basic tickets but also as cheap Advance tickets that can be purchased from VR Online Shop 60-7 days before the trip.

Advance tickets are widely available for all routes and for most train services. The Advance ticket entitles you to travel in an Eco Class seat (not in a sleeping compartment). Compare the fares in the Online Shop!
